Wanderlust Trouvaillee (Pvt) Ltd – Terms and Conditions
At Wanderlust Trouvaillee (Pvt) Ltd, we are pleased to assist you as your travel booking agent. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) outline what you can legally expect from us when booking travel services, as well as your responsibilities as our customer. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Wanderlust Trouvaillee (Pvt) Ltd, and "you" refers to the customer using our website, booking with us, or utilizing our services in any manner.
Products and Suppliers
We offer travel-related products and services from various third-party suppliers ("Suppliers"). Each Supplier has their own terms and conditions, which will apply in addition to ours. It is your responsibility to review and understand these before confirming your arrangements. Content and software on our website are either owned by us or licensed from third parties and may be subject to additional terms.
Please visit our official site: www.wanderlusttrouvaillee.com.
We act solely as a booking agent or intermediary for services not directly provided by us—this includes flights, accommodation, transport, tours, and more. You will enter into a direct agreement with the respective Supplier. Prices may be subject to post-purchase increases due to currency fluctuations, government-imposed charges, or Supplier price changes. We may pass such increases on to you.
Payments
We may hold a reservation temporarily; however, prices are only confirmed once full payment is received and travel documents are issued. We will notify you of your final payment deadline. By providing payment details, you authorize us to process payments with Suppliers on your behalf. Personal cheques may not be accepted. Some Suppliers may still impose price changes after full payment, and these changes will be passed on to you as required.
Cancellations and Amendments
Suppliers may amend or cancel bookings per their own terms. If we are informed of such changes, we will notify you promptly. You may be offered alternatives, refunds, or the option to cancel—subject to the Supplier’s terms. We are not liable for any losses due to changes made by third parties.
If we’re informed of major changes to your flight schedule before departure from Sri Lanka, we will notify you via email. Please ensure your contact details are correct and frequently checked. For any post-departure changes, you are responsible for confirming your onward flights directly with the airline, ideally 72 hours before departure.
Booking Modifications
Any change you request is subject to availability and applicable fees. Our standard service fees apply, in addition to any Supplier-imposed charges. Contact your original booking agent or refer to the travel help section of our website to initiate changes.
Note: Name changes are typically not allowed and may be treated as cancellations by airlines or Suppliers. Failure to use tickets in the issued order may void your itinerary and result in additional charges.
Cancellations by You
If you cancel your booking, a partial refund may be possible depending on the Supplier’s policy and our standard cancellation fees. Deposits are typically non-refundable. Any refunds will only be processed after the Supplier releases the funds. Refunds are not guaranteed, particularly on partially used flight tickets. If your cancellation is covered under your travel insurance, you may file a claim with your insurer.
Airline Reservations
If the airline has no record of your reservation at check-in despite your valid ticket, do not leave the counter. If your ticket shows “OK” status, the airline is obligated to accommodate you or compensate you for denied boarding.
Complaints
If issues arise during your trip, immediately notify the relevant Supplier (e.g., your hotel). If unresolved, contact us directly via the office where you booked or through our website. Failure to report issues in a timely manner may impact your ability to claim redress.
Travel Documents & Destination Risks
You are responsible for reviewing all travel documents for accuracy and informing us immediately of any discrepancies. Safeguard these documents like cash. Lost or stolen documents may not be replaceable.
You should also review travel advisories issued by relevant government authorities prior to booking. We do not guarantee that travel to any destination is risk-free.
Passport, Visa, and Immigration
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, and immigration requirements for your travel. We do not accept liability if you are denied boarding or entry due to non-compliance.
If traveling on special student/youth/teacher fares, ensure you carry valid ID. We act only as a consultant for visa applications and cannot guarantee visa approval. We accept no responsibility for incorrect or invalid documents provided to embassies.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is mandatory for certain arrangements. We can assist in providing quotes or information about travel insurance policies.
Vaccinations
It is your responsibility to obtain any required vaccinations for your travel itinerary. Please consult with a medical professional prior to travel.
Hazardous Materials
Transporting hazardous materials on flights is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, explosives, flammable items, and corrosive substances.
Website and Service Use
You agree to use our website and services only for legitimate bookings. Fraudulent or speculative bookings are prohibited. Without written permission, you may not use automated tools to access or copy website content, deep link to specific pages, or embed parts of our website elsewhere.
We may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not endorse or take responsibility for these websites or their privacy policies.

You agree to indemnify Wanderlust Trouvaillee (Pvt) Ltd, its partners, employees, and Suppliers against any losses, damages, claims, or expenses resulting from:
Breach of this Agreement
Violation of laws or third-party rights
Misuse of our website or services
