Important Information
Travel Notes
Transportation is provided from Bandaranaike International Airport to the wellness retreat in Kandy and back to the airport on the final day.
The road journey between the airport and Kandy may take approximately three to four hours depending on traffic and road conditions.
The programme includes yoga, meditation, light physical activities, walking, sightseeing, and a guided heritage trek. Participants should bring comfortable clothing, suitable walking shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, and any personal medication.
Yoga experience is not required. Sessions can generally be adapted according to the experience and physical ability of each participant.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended to cover medical emergencies, travel delays, cancellations, lost luggage, and activities included in the retreat.
Participants with existing medical conditions, injuries, mobility limitations, or specific dietary requirements should inform the tour organiser before arrival.
Visa & Passport
Most travellers are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization or the relevant Sri Lankan visa before travelling.
Passports should generally remain valid for at least six months from the date of arrival. Visa requirements may vary according to nationality, so travellers should check the latest requirements with the nearest Sri Lankan embassy or official immigration authority.
